The operator identity and support details are incomplete. Purchases must remain unavailable until they are configured and these policies are reviewed.

Information we process

We process your email address and an account identifier to operate your account. During registration, we temporarily process your self-declared date of birth to check that you are at least 18 and ask you to confirm that you have reached the legal age of adulthood where you live. We do not store the date of birth; we retain the check method, policy version and time with your account. This is a self-declaration check, not independent identity or age verification. Passwords are stored as a secure hash. We process the photos, prompts, lyrics, and settings you submit to create your requested video, together with generated output and job status.

We retain credit balances, purchase amounts, currency, payment provider order and transaction identifiers, and payment status to provide credits, handle refunds, prevent duplicate credits, and keep transaction records. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy notice. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How and why we use information

Information is used to authenticate you, provide creation and download features, manage prepaid credits, verify payments, respond to support, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records such as IP address, request time, and error information may be used for service security and troubleshooting.

AI processing and service providers

Photos, prompts, lyrics, and creation settings are sent to configured AI processing providers when you request a lyric draft or video. The service uses OpenRouter for model access and may use a configured video provider. Cloudflare R2 stores completed video output. Hosting, storage, email or notification services, and payment providers process information needed to perform their roles. Provider processing terms and available models may change; contact support for the provider configuration used for your request.

Do not upload sensitive personal information or images of people without appropriate permission. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing material.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential session cookies support sign-in, account security, and payments. We store your privacy and theme choices in your browser. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to accept analytics. Analytics events describe broad actions such as starting creation, beginning checkout, a verified purchase, or completing a video. We do not intentionally send your email, photos, prompts, lyrics, account identifiers, or payment return tokens to analytics.

You can change your analytics choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the service.

Storage, retention, and security

Uploaded source photos are stored in private local storage on the API server. Completed videos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Playback and downloads start with account authorization, then use a time-limited signed link valid for up to three days from issuance. Anyone with a signed link can access that video until the link expires, so avoid sharing it.

Account, creation, and transaction records are retained for as long as necessary to provide requested access, resolve payment disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. Creation records and stored output are kept while your account is active or until you request deletion, unless retention is necessary for a dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation. Transaction records may need to be retained after account closure to comply with applicable law. Contact support to request deletion of your account or stored content. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection.

Support feedback

You can submit a problem report without an account. We store the email address and message you provide, a reference number, submission time and handling status to investigate and respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, API keys or other unnecessary sensitive information. A submitted email address is a contact address, not verified proof of identity.

We notify the operator through the configured notification service using a feedback reference and administration link; this notification does not include your email address or message text. Authorized administrators can review your report. We use keyed hashes of network addresses and contact addresses to limit abuse. Feedback and related records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and applicable security or legal needs; contact support to request deletion. Feedback text is not sent to analytics or AI providers.

Fonts and session recording

Fonts are served from this website's own static assets. Your browser does not contact a third-party font service to load them. We do not use session replay or record your screen, keystrokes, or form contents for behavioral analytics. Optional analytics consent does not authorize session recording.

Your requests and international processing

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your information. Contact support to make a request or ask about provider locations and applicable transfer safeguards. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Processing providers may operate in countries different from yours.

Children and changes

The service is intended for people who are at least 18 and have reached the legal age of adulthood in their location. Do not create an account if you do not meet both requirements. Registration rejects dates of birth that indicate an age under 18. Existing accounts created before this check was introduced are not retrospectively marked as age-checked. Changes to this notice will be published here. Material changes affecting existing information will be communicated where required.
