Using the service

My AI Rap Video provides tools to draft lyrics and request AI generated rap videos. You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of adulthood in your location, provide accurate account information including your age declaration, and keep your password secure. Do not provide a false date of birth or evade the registration age check. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Your photos, lyrics, and permissions

You must own or have the necessary rights and permission to use every uploaded image, likeness, voice reference, and lyric. Obtain consent from every person depicted. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, unlawful content, or infringement. Do not upload content depicting children or attempt to evade safeguards.

You grant the operator and its processing providers the limited rights needed to process your submission, generate your requested output, store it for your account, and provide downloads. This is not a transfer of your ownership of the material you submit.

AI output and limitations

AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs may contain mistakes, visual differences, inaccurate timing, unsuitable words, or material similar to other content. Results, exact likeness, lip synchronization, rights clearance, commercial suitability, and generation times are not guaranteed. You must review output before sharing and comply with model provider conditions and applicable law. Nothing here grants rights to another person’s likeness, music, trademark, or copyrighted material.

Credits and one-time purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The current price, currency, and credit amount are shown before PayPal checkout. The server verifies the completed payment before adding credits. Credit cost and available creation options are shown before you start a job. Credits are reserved when a job is accepted. A failed render restores reserved credits exactly once.

Credits are for use in your account and do not represent a bank deposit or transferable currency. Refunds, payment reversals, and fraud corrections may adjust the associated balance, subject to applicable law. See the refund policy before purchasing.

Availability and account restrictions

Features depend on configured model providers and may be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend misuse or activity that threatens the service or others, investigate suspected abuse, and comply with legal requests. If a paid service is withdrawn, the operator must handle unused purchased value in accordance with applicable law.

Liability and consumer rights

These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights apply. Disputes are subject to the laws and courts that apply to your circumstances; these terms do not require you to waive a lawful right to bring a claim in your location. Contact support first if you need help with an account, payment, or generation issue.

Changes

The current terms are published on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change a completed purchase without a lawful basis.
