One-time credit purchases
All credit packs are one-time payments through PayPal. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Read the pack price, currency, and included credits before approving a payment.
Failed or unavailable generation
If a render is recorded as failed, the credits reserved for it are restored to your account exactly once. A pending render may still finish; check My videos before submitting another request. Contact support if a job remains unresolved or a balance appears incorrect.
Requesting a payment refund
Contact support with the purchase date, PayPal order or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary personal information. The operator will investigate duplicate charges, credits not delivered, unauthorized activity, and service failures using payment and usage records.
Eligibility for refunds of unused or used credits depends on the purchase circumstances, service delivery, and applicable consumer law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or a universal withdrawal period. Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw or receive a refund, that right applies. Accepting these policies does not by itself waive any statutory withdrawal right. If additional consent is legally necessary to begin a particular digital service, it must be requested separately before that service begins.
How refunds are processed
Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment provider when supported. Processing time depends on PayPal and your payment method. Associated credits are adjusted to reflect an approved refund or payment reversal. Contact support if you believe an adjustment is incorrect.
Mandatory rights and payment disputes
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law or the payment provider’s dispute procedures. Contact support promptly so the operator can investigate and provide transaction information.
